All vBmode skins are copyrighted works of authorship. A vBmode skin is defined as the custom settings, programming, and graphics separate from the original as provided by the forum software. vBmode retains ownership of it's products and any copies of it, regardless of the form in which the copies may exist. This licence is not a sale of the original skin or any copies. Custom graphics purchased by clients and not included in the original skin remain the property of the client.

By installing and using any vBmode skin on your server, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Such agreement is either on your own behalf or on behalf of any corporate entity which employs you or which you represent.

A vBmode skin purchase grants a single licence to run one instance (a single installation) on one web server and one web site for each skin purchased. Each licence may power one instance of the skin on one domain. For each installed instance of the skin, a separate license is required. Once a skin is downloaded, vBmode is not in anyway obligated to provide a refund and will only do so if the product is deemed by a employee of vBmode to be defective in some way.

The skin is licensed only to the original customer. You may not rent, lease, sublicense, sell, assign, pledge, transfer or otherwise dispose of the skin in any form, on a temporary or permanent basis, without the prior written consent from an agent of vBmode.

If you have a valid licence, you may set up an additional test installation in order to test the skin. To make this clear to us and our license verification procedures, place it in a directory with the words 'test' or 'dev' present and be sure to password protect it. It must not be accessible by the general public.

The license is effective until terminated. Each license provides a single year of free updates for each skin purchased, subject to change at any time by vBmode. You may terminate the license at any time by uninstalling the skin and destroying any copies in any form.

The skin source code may be altered (at your risk) - any modifications to the original may not be supported by vBmode.

The vBmode copyright and/or branding must remain visible, unaltered, and in place at all times, unless the customer has purchased a Branding Free license for the domain.

The skins and the accompanying files are sold "As Is" and without warranties as to performance of merchantability or any other warranties whether expressed or implied.

vBmode provides support on their public forums - license holders who are deemed disruptive may, solely in the judgment of the staff of vBmode, have their licenses revoked. License holders who have their licenses revoked may not be issued a refund and are required to immediately remove all vBmode skins from their website(s) and destroy their copies. The staff of vBmode reserves the right to suspend the former license holder's account, and prevent any future transactions from taking place.

vBmode is not liable for the content of any message posted on a forum using their skins.

Customers must assume the entire risk of using the skins. Any liability of vBmode will be limited exclusively to product replacement or refund of purchase.

This Agreement constitutes the complete statement of the agreement between you and vBmode, and supercedes all representations, understandings or prior agreements between you and vBmode.

vBmode reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
